Shipping Policy

Processing times

  • Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, AEST).

  • Custom/print-to-order items may add 1–3 business days.

Shipping rates & carriers

  • Australia: Australia Post Express post

  • International: AusPost International Standard

  • Rates are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link by email/SMS as soon as your order ships. You can also view tracking in your account.

Delivery estimates (business days)

  • Australia: 4–8 (Parcel Post), 1–6 (Express)

  • NZ: 5–8 (Standard)

  • US/Canada/UK/EU: 6–12 (Standard)

  • Rest of world: 7–15 (Standard)

These are carrier estimates and exclude customs delays and peak seasons.

are shipped with Tariffs Pre-Paid by Plasticburners

International duties & taxes (DAP/DDU)

All international shipments are sent DAP / DDU (Delivered At Place / Delivered Duty Unpaid).
This means:

  • You (the customer) are responsible for any import duties, taxes (e.g., VAT/GST), and clearance fees charged by your country.

  • These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates and may be collected by your local courier or customs before delivery.

  • Please check your country’s import rules before ordering.

Refused / unclaimed parcels

If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid duties/taxes or incorrect address, we’ll:

  • Refund the product price once it’s back with us in resellable condition, minus shipping both ways, any return fees charged by the carrier and a 25% processing fee

  • Original shipping is non-refundable.

If you want it re-shipped, we can invoice a new shipping fee.

Address issues

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate (company name, unit/level, entry codes, phone). We can’t reroute parcels once shipped. Undeliverable parcels may incur return fees from carriers.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order shows stalled >10 business days past the estimate (or arrives damaged):

  1. Contact the carrier with your tracking number to lodge an inquiry.

  2. Email us at sales@plasticburners.com with your order number and photos (for damage).
    We’ll help file a claim and make it right.

PO Boxes & remote areas

We ship to PO Boxes/Parcel Lockers within AU. Some international couriers require a street address; if needed we’ll contact you for an alternative.

Pre-orders / backorders (if applicable)

Orders containing pre-order items ship together when all items are ready. If you need split shipping, contact us for options.
